Important Links & Information
The Southwest Michigan Mountain Biking Association is a nonprofit mountain bike group that has been working on trails in West Michigan since its foundation in the spring of 1993 as a chapter of the Michigan Mountain Bike Association (MMBA).
SWMMBA promotes proper trail development and maintenance, stewardship, advocacy, racing, group rides, and general mountain biking. Our group has volunteered thousands of trail maintenance hours and worked very hard to make our trail system what it is today.
Other Ways To Show Support.
Get Involved with the SWMMBA, volunteer to help us build and maintain our trails. Your volunteer help leads to new trails! How can you say no to that? To volunteer, please check the calendar page for opportunities or look us up on Facebook.
The SWMMBA is an Affiliate Chapter of the Michigan Mountain Bike Association (MMBA) – when you join SWMMBA, you also become a member of MMBA. Your membership will not only help build and maintain local trails, it will help ensure our voice is heard in state government as well.
Your support is critical in helping SWMMBA and MMBA work with local land managers, demonstrating that we will continue to build and maintain sustainable trails AND be responsible trail users. Most importantly, you will be helping us develop future trail opportunities and improve our current local trails. Every penny counts!
