General Shipping Information
• We will ship Daylight Brand merchandise as soon as is reasonably possible.
• Please note that if items are returned and restocked, the shipping costs will not be included in the refunded payment.
Team Stores
• Orders from Team Stores will be fulfilled one to two weeks after the order period closes. If a situation arises where this isn't possible, we will communicate and adjust our plan as needed.
• Team store merchandise may only be returned for quality issues. If you encounter any quality-related problems with your order, please contact us about the issue and we will make appropriate arrangements.
Community Stores
• Orders from Community Stores will be fulfilled at the end of each month.
• Similar to Team Stores, community store merchandise may only be returned for quality issues. If a quality issue arises, please reach out to us, and we will assist you with return shipping arrangements.
